Maintenance|Recommended: NoThis last experience was not good. First, my request was cancelled because I didn't use proper phrasing on what the problem was. I was not allowed to reply to the manager email. So I had to resubmit my request calling the plunger a flapper . I received no response. Over the weekend, my husband spent his own money to purchase a flapper and fix the toilet. Manager's response was that it was not an emergency, we were scheduled for the following week because they were too busy, the purchase was not authorized and not appreciated. I would have appreciated proper communication in the first place. And in my mind, a toilet running for over a week should be treated as a maintenance emergency.
